What it does
You hand it something long you'd rather listen to than read. It comes back as an episode with AI voices and background music, ready to play.
Built alone
It was a client project through Aurelabs, and I was the only person building the platform, from the app and database to the generation jobs.
Generation runs in the background
Turning a long document into finished audio takes much longer than a web request should. The work runs as Trigger.dev background jobs, so the app hands it off and picks up the episode when it's ready.
